14-Day Return Policy

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your unworn watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note: We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or adjustment (such as strap resizing or removal of bracelet links).

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please email us at Info@maystonewatches.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with instructions.

Please do not send your watch back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
