“I don't normally back Kickstarter campaigns for microbrand watches but when I saw Greg post the Prosperity GMT on reddit in the r/MicrobrandWatches sub I knew this was something special. I went out of my comfort zone and backed the Golden Eagle two tone. The colour palette that Greg had chosen was thoughtful, captivating and really spoke to me. I never wear gold or two tone watches but the Golden Eagle changed that. This watch is absolutely beautiful but where it really shines is in direct sunlight and there's no better place for direct sunlight than Australia where this eagle now roosts. The attention to detail was remarkable and this watch has features that not even my expensive Omegas have like on the fly micro adjust, colour matched date window and a really nice solid case back. I'm extremely happy with my Prosperity Golden Eagle and can totally affirm that Greg has achieved his mission statement to bring affordable GMT watches to the masses. I think for the price it's going to be extremely hard to beat the Maystone Prosperity GMT. Thank you Greg for your vision and execution of this mighty fine timepiece.”

  • "I’m quite pleased with it! Sure there are some very minor little gripes, as there always will be, but I’m not going to go into those as I don’t want to detract from what is a nice watch. I’m especially impressed with the bracelet with its screw pins rather than push pins and micro adjustment clasp. The watch is comfortable on the wrist, looks great and seems to be legible in most lighting conditions. Certainly a steal at the price!

  • A wonderful combination of interesting design elements. Finishing is really well done, the bracelet is well-designed and comfortable, and the dial-handset-hour marker combination is excellent. Polished SS numerals at cardinal points (less the 6:00 date window, which is also nicely done), and polished raptor "claws" at the others.. It is a really attractive & interesting display, and importantly, quite legible. Nicely done!
