In September, I headed down to London for Driven By The Dial, one of the UK's biggest enthusiast watch events.
The show brought together collectors, brands and watch enthusiasts from across the country, and it was a fantastic opportunity to spend the day talking watches with people who share the same passion for the hobby.
For Maystone, it was also the first chance for many people to see the Skybreaker Chronograph in person. While photos and videos can tell part of the story, nothing quite compares to seeing a watch on the wrist, handling it for yourself and experiencing the details up close.

One of the highlights of the event was hearing those first reactions. After spending so much time designing and developing the Skybreaker, it was incredibly rewarding to see how positively people responded to it in person. From the case proportions and bracelet design to the colourways themselves, the feedback throughout the day was overwhelmingly positive.
It was also great to meet existing Maystone owners and supporters face to face. Many of you had followed the brand from the launch of the Prosperity GMT, while others were discovering Maystone for the first time. Having those conversations and hearing your thoughts directly is one of the most enjoyable parts of attending events like these.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the stand, tried on a Skybreaker, shared feedback or simply came over to say hello. Events like Driven By The Dial are a reminder of how passionate and welcoming the watch community can be.
With the Skybreaker Kickstarter campaign now successfully funded and production underway, it was an exciting moment to share the watch with enthusiasts ahead of its journey into production.
I’m already looking forward to the next event and meeting more of you in person.
